OUR STORY
In 2022, life shifted dramatically. I made the hardest decision of my life—to start over. With my one year old son in my arms and no clear plan, I packed up everything we had and moved in search of a new beginning. We arrived in Serenbe with nothing but faith and determination.
What I didn’t realize then was that this community would become the foundation of everything that followed. Serenbe gave us more than just a fresh start—it gave us peace, purpose, and people who would become like family. It became the place where our healing began, and where hope quietly started to grow.
As a single mom, there were countless moments when I wondered how I’d ever make it work. But little by little, we built something beautiful. In Spring of 2024, I took a leap of faith and opened TheSkinAddikt Esthetics Studio, not just to pursue my passion for skincare, but to build a life I could be proud of—for both of us.
If you had asked me three years ago where I’d be today, I would’ve never imagined this: running my own business, living in our own home, and raising the happiest little boy surrounded by a community that truly cares for us.
